Challenge: Burpee needed help executing a seasonal, multi-phase rollout of seed display units for big-box retailers across multiple states, with strict delivery windows and staging requirements.

CCFS Solution: Full truckloads are dropped at our Kansas City and Denver terminals 2–4 weeks ahead of the designated delivery window. CCFS holds the freight onsite and releases it according to the customer’s rollout schedule, first for Home Depot and then for Walmart.

Challenge: Heatcraft needed efficient distribution from its Georgia facility to customers across the Midwest and Mountain West.

CCFS Solution: Heatcraft drops full truckloads at our Kansas City terminal one to two times per week. From there, freight is distributed to customers across CO, IA, KS, MN, MO, MT, ND, NE, NM, SD, UT, and WY.

Challenge: Five Below required consistent, scheduled store deliveries with set pallet counts across the Northern Midwest.

CCFS Solution: Full truckloads are dropped two to three times weekly into our Fargo (FAR) terminal. We act as a storage and delivery partner, following Five Below’s set schedule and pallet counts for stores in NE, ND, SD, and WY.

Challenge: Lincoln Electric needed to reduce LTL costs and accelerate transit from their Bolingbrook, IL shipping point.

CCFS Solution: A TL carrier picks up shipments daily at 4 PM in Bolingbrook and delivers overnight to our Omaha (OMA) terminal. CCFS sorts the freight overnight and moves it on direct linehauls the next evening.

Challenge: Schneider Electric needed faster delivery into the Midwest and Mountain West from their Texas distribution center.

CCFS Solution: Pool drops from Athens, TX are made to our Wichita, Omaha, and Denver terminals. Freight is immediately in our direct territory for faster final-mile delivery. CCFS also picks up overflow shipments not included in the pool drops.
